Something darker than the greening from 2018. This is confirmed in the nose, the flavors are significantly more mature, the proportion of Sauvignon Blanc goes more in the fruity than in the green, vegetable direction. Structurally, however, the bouquet is still characterized by a certain youthful unrest, which results in a crackling tension. In the mouth, the wine is extremely juicy, almost sloty. The missing sugar looks a slim figure that looks light and playful, uncomplicated, but sustainable. This is ensured by the fine, mineral saltness.
White wine cuvée made of 50% white bruise and 50% Sauvignon Blanc. Unsurpassed fruity, very fragrant, dry. Eichelmann writes in his 2021 wine leader: "The 2019 white Cuvée Grünfink from Sauvignon Blanc and Weiburgunder is multi -layered and juicy, is gripping, has a lot of fabric and good train." A wine, both as a meal companion for salads, crispy vegetables, rice pan with earth and coconut nut, but also as a companion for good conversations in the autumn sun and at the latest in the first rays of sunshine 2021 and at Easter.
