philosophy
Like our ancestors, we want to maintain the traditions of our fathers. From a close -up cultivation, fermented, without beauty and completely by hand, and pulled onto the bottle, the lucky hunter is a traditional - and yet extremely modern way to leave its own soul to the wine.
Dry-developed wines from old vines, which have kept its own properties through loving expansion, are only expanded into half-back and barriques. Without filtration and aids. Quite natural and vegan.
