The common passion for cuisine was the starting point for the idea. Thoughts on how food and drink are made, valued and consumed, led to the decision to make their own drink. Not only this common interest, but also the previous profession brought us together.

With increasing affection for organic and natural wines, interest in the natural process of alcoholic fermentation grew. In addition, there was a desire to produce its own wine. However: without clever grapes, no clever wine! And since Hamburg's surroundings are not known for its grand vineyards, they were oriented towards the fruits that are very close to Hamburg, in the old country, in large quantities. They put a bubbling fruit wine in the style of a cider, but modern interpreted as a Pét-Nat. This re-discovered sparkling wine category "Petillant Naturell" so "of course sparkling" enables the disposal of additives and filtration.
