The show deserves nature - it does the work! We only process the fruits into wine and accompany the juice during its transformation.
So why add more ingredients? Nature regulates this!
Our philosophy arises from the simple principle, less is more. The end result should be digestible and be fun. Lazy fruits are sorted out, wines need their time to tire and the right moment to fill must be right.
Then a wine becomes truly a wine.
