Extremes that also characterize our wines. I love sick ideas. Because they too grow in me. Like to be different. Provoke. Have fun. That's why I liked the idea of ​​Vin Naturel pioneers from France, Spain and Italy extremely to produce wines again as it was once common. Full of nature. Without flourishes. I was immediately enthusiastic. NO obsessed by these oran cry or how to call them. Uncompromising. Terroir focused. With non -stopping drinking flow. My brother Jan is very different. Grounded. Reserved. Thorough. With values ​​and traditions. Someone who keeps capturing me. Back to reality. And that's a good thing! I gave Jan a glass of natural wine and looked into bloodless eyes. Not only that he did not shared my euphoria for this ingenious drop, this freak fabric literally resisted it and my idea of ​​creating its own oran forced met with strict rejection. But I had put it in my head. That's the way I am. I wanted to bring my own natural wine into the bottle for us. Get even more out of our biological cultivation.

Not entirely unselfish, because now our money earned flowed to the coffers revered winemakers in the Jura, in the Roussillon or on the Loire. It was clear to me that if I wanted to have my brother on board, I had to create one thing: let a wine to be created, the fun of drinking. Unpopular. Not philosophical. Simply delicious! I started the experiment in 2009. And I liked the approach straight away. Jan too. And not only that. He was the driving force that the wine became as it is. He kept braking me. He constantly reinforced my urge to make our first orange more extreme. Jan gave the wine what we both love today: carefree. Ease. And that has remained. The seed grain of natural wine was planted. Extreme. This is us. These are our wines. Extremely in nature. Rich in drinking and wine. Of course wine rich.
