Wine production and tires
These wines are of course spontaneously fermented with our pre -dough method. You are not beautified and not filtered, you get the time you need and we do not add a sulfite to you. 0.0g residual sugar, 5.0g acid, 10 mg SO2 (own), contains Sulfite, no sulfite added.
In the nose, dried citrus fruits, rather lemonate than orangeast, still dominate, still very youthful, very fresh.
The wine is mouth -filling, builds phenolic pressure, fine tannins are distributed and stick to a long time.

The little story
All of our wines are titled as German wine, since light and unfiltered wines do not correspond to the idea of the German winegrowing institutes. From this circumstance, protected origins such as Chardonnay, Grauburgunder and Pinot Noir are unfortunately also taboo, which is why we chose the title "Dr Charli". DR does not stand for a doctor, but for the Alemannic article "The", Charli is our Alemannic pet name for Chardonnay, and of course Alemannic means nature.
