Wine production and maturation | PET NAT is sparkling wine - an old method of sparkling wine. Farming must is filled into a pressure bottle and ends its fermentation, whereby the natural carbon dioxide being locked in the bottle. Stored on the yeast for 8 months, then shaken & degorged manually. The Joma gun treat is ready. No sulfur from the start to the end. |
