Microbio is made from the "Verdejo" grape variety by various vineyards in the area. The vines are partly 150 years old and root. The vines grow on sandy and sandy-gravel soils covered with sound.

Taste: aromas of baked peach, apple with lemon grass (lemongrass) and a mineral touch. Saxy, salty and fresh.
Recommendation: salad with baked goat cheese, grilled vegetables and light meat
