All individually & gray -free fermented, then cuvéeted and filled during fermentation. After the bottle fermentation and reasonable ripening, handled manually at the end of July 2020. The majority of the yeast trub was removed.
Péillant Naturel, i.e. a continuous fermentation that merges into a bottle fermentation, from old countries old apple varieties. Combined to create a full -bodied and spicy cider that fits well into autumn.
