Red is the new addition to that of the line: a red counterpart to our white. The cuvée is a combination of rain and thorn fields. This is a real juice, fruity and fun with a little bit of Bret that substance and a little sharpness. We were curious about what we can do with these two varieties that (as we know now) are underestimated. We have decided to work with cold maceration to extract the full fruit aromas and not to set tannins too high. We love the result and are enthusiastic that regent can be so great, regent can be so good, because we want to work more with mushroom -resistant varieties. And even if we had no losses from mildew, a lot of sorting work went to the harvest of these grapes because of the Suzuki fly - but it was definitely worth it!
