Our fizzy is sociable in bottles. It consists of Scheurebe, Bacchus and Müller -Thurgau - a lively variant of the white. Last year we wrote: tastes like a juicy herbal lemonade. Imagine an alpine dudler with a apricot and lemon without sugar. And the 2021 ties in with this taste and feeling. Fermentation on the bottle, was easily trained and is therefore only explosive when it comes to his flavors. A real fun!
