The story |
Fruit foam wine (Pét-Nat) from 50% apples, 40% pears, 8% solaris grapes and 2% quince. Fruit: In "Daft Fruct" we mix a bit of almost every cuvée that we produce during a year - that is our "house mix". Then he is fermented together, matured with heavy yeast and the last filled every year. Some of the tanks develop a kind of “flor” cover during fermentation and maturation. Fermented with local yeast. Unfiltered and without additives. |
