This product is made from Gerstenkoji, Pilsner Malz and Belgian seasonal yeast and combines eastern and western fermentation methods to create a perfect basic spirit with subtle nutty flavors and a delicate sweet barley character. Koji offers a characteristic taste profile that results in a sweet, umami and floral note.
