Decideret - Are You Cerise? (2019 + 2020)

Brut nature rosé made of apples and cherries. First wild fermented cider 

excess garden bags from Fyn 2019. In the summer of 2020, sour cherries were out 

Frederiksdal crushed by hand and given to the cherry shells for a second fermentation. 

Bottling in autumn 2020.

Style: cider macerated with cherries

Sweet: dry

Apple varieties: Mixed garden apples + sour cherries (Stevnskirsebær)
