After harvesting and transporting to the Bodega, the grapes used are first pressed in order to then ferment at controlled temperatures. In the end, the wine matures on a yeast set in stainless steel tanks for 5 months.

A very exciting rosé made of Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine went through the maceration without shell contact. This results in a nice pink and a delicate and playful fruitiness. Very complex red berry notes, cherries, boiled strawberries with a very hearty character.
