The harvest takes place in very advanced maturity. Long maceration. Expansion for 2 years in barrels and oak barrels. No filtration or beautiful. |

This fresh and spicy wine has a ruby -red color and reminds of crispy and juicy fruits, mainly sour cherries. At the same time fluid and densely, this wine is drunk rather young, but gains cellar altering with a few years. |
