This is our cider for every day, a drink for practically every occasion, pure or at light dishes. Clear notes of sweet yellow pears on the palate. Some of the apples were macerated for seven weeks, which balances the light pears with the necessary bitterness for more length. Sharp, but not crazy, high acidity and extremely juicy. |
