Dr. Rieslingstein’s Monster - this fruit foam wine is a collaboration with our good friend Pomologik.
It is made from Gravenstein-Cidre (2018) matured in oak barrels, which is under Florhefe with Riesling shells for 4 months
by Wine Mechanics and Japanese flower quince by Märsö Gård. V
Acht with a fresh mix of Ingrid Marie and Kaiser Wilhelm Apple from Skåne before bottling. Clear Riesling-Samen and skin taste, somewhat lactically followed by tires and slightly bitter apple notes.
The Japanese flower quince adds some laser -focused acid and a subtle taste of licorice.
Super crisp, very wine -like and quite addicted. Acid: 9/10 Body: 7/10 Length: 9/10 Sweet: 2/10 Tannins: Medium Rock 'N' Roll: 9/10
