In the nose seductive, sweet stone fruit scent. Very juicy on the palate with a concentrated plum character. Low to medium acid with light but balanced acid of apples and pears. The star of the show and the clearest flavors are the plums of Egerö and Märsön. Together they went through a carbonic maceration for about six weeks before they were blended, causing a juicy character with soft acid. The carbon dioxide is high and brings another fresh layer to the table.
