Æblerov - pêchillant ’19
Pêchillant '19 is made on the basis of Red Aroma apples, mixed with used red peaches by Mikkeller Baghaven on Refshaleøen.
In the second maceration on the red peach, it was important to show the full taste potential of the fruit.
In taste, cooked strawberries, peaches and stone fruit dominate - very lambic, but kept in chess by delicate bitterness. Drained.
Ingredients: organic apples (red aroma), red peaches, beer, brewer's yeast.
