This bottle contains wildly fermented cider from Danish organic apples and pears - nothing else! That is why we call it "wild cider".
In this case: French apple wine varieties - grown on Danish soil - mixed with wild bulbs and eating. E
In rustic and tannin expression, with leather saddle and pony in the nose. We can tell a lot, but taste better! Enjoyed chilled. 50 % cider varieties, 30 % pear varieties and 20 % dining apples (75cl)
