Fresh, dry, complex and easy to like. In the nose a touch of bitter sweet cherries and red apples. On the palate dry, crisp and with a slight bitterness from the cherries to round off the acid. The cherries for this cuvée were picked by a Syrian family while Covid in a suburb of Stockholm. They climbed very high to get the very best cherries to the top of the tree. Way up here. |
