Fermentation and maceration for 9 days were carried out separately for Tempranillo and Syrah in stainless steel tanks in order to obtain the varieties. The maturation in 225-liter barrels took 10 months to respect the fruity character of the varieties. |

The harvest takes place manually at the end of October in 12 kg boxes with a double selection of grapes, both in the vineyard and in the basement. |
