Four traditional varieties from Lake Neusiedlers form the foundation for the Perfect Day: Muskat Ottonel and Gelber Muskateller, Sauvgignon Blanc and Grüner Veltliner: For the 2020wurden vintage, read the first two varieties separately and then separate, but then vinified in the same way - that is, that means, that is, that they remained in contact with their shells for over a week, and married them in 500 liter oak barrels. |
