We carried out two harvests of the same grape. The first harvest around 11.5º to achieve the correct and natural acid of the grapes and the cooler and citrus notes of the variety. By removing part of the load on the plant, the remaining grapes ripen better. Later we picked up the second half of the grapes, whose alcohol content was probably around 14 °. Then the two parts are put together again during the voter. |

Notes of white fruits, tropical fruits, citrus notes, anisnotes and minerality. In the mouth it is fresh, light, fruity, good acidity, elegant and structured way, slightly acidic and medium -length finish. |
