Wine production and tires	Fermentation and maceration for 9 days were carried out separately for Tempranillo and Syrah in stainless steel tanks in order to obtain the varieties. The maturation in 225-liter barrels took 10 months to respect the fruity character of the varieties.

taste	The maximum fruity expression on notes of black fruits and licorice is next to the mineral influences that the limestone floor and the spices bring in barrels due to its maturation

The little story	The harvest takes place manually at the end of October in 12 kg boxes with a double selection of grapes, both in the vineyard and in the basement.
