Collection: Good Oggau

 Stephanie and Eduard Tscheppe-Eselböck

The two brought the traditional Gut in Oggau am See, Austria's oldest red wine community, to the top of the Burgenland viticulture, and with the concentration on the essentials and with the use of biodynamic principles.

Stephanie and Eduard manage 30 different plots in the Neusiedlersee/Burgenland area and grow red and white grape varieties there. In addition to classics such as Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt, Grüner Veltliner and Pinot Blanc, there are also the rather rare Gewürztraminer and the Mushroom -resistant grape variety Roesler. For them, their wines are members of a family tree from young too old or categorized from fresh too complex. They are so lively and so independent for the two that it was obvious to them to create their own wine family from the wines. Incidentally, the faces on the labels are also getting older with the years - a small but important detail; Because it shows how consistently the two wine makers are. And it was precisely this consequence that convinced us alongside the undisputed skill. This creates unmistakable wines with great inner strength.

In the design of the exterior, what the Jung von Matt agency developed for the Oggau estate is groundbreaking. Each bottle has an unmistakable character. And it is crucial that the content is graphically reflected. Stephanie and Eduard Tscheppe-Eselböck ensure that what is inside is also pioneering.
