The reinforced berries are not fought before pressing.
As a result, the dark red color is not drained out of the berry skin and the wine only gets a light red color.
A fresh wind from our Riede Heideboden: This fruity rosè smells of wild forest berries and heart cherries. The fine floating particles include the full aroma of the lush grapes, cassis and pink grapefruit.
Turn the bottle over three times before opening!
