The basic branch was spontaneously fermented and expanded in the large wooden barrel. There is an extremely juicy cherry fruit in the bouquet and especially on the palate, underlaid by peppery spice notes and a slightly animal touch. Total tannins give the wine structure and the fine acid ensures a wonderful drinking flow. Fruity, straight, clear - a deliberately simple, but quite characterful Zweigelt, which also makes a lot of pleasure in summer.
