Fruit foam wine (Pét-Nat) from 60% apples, 25% pears, 5% honey, 5% carrots, 5% sanddorn fruit: apples & pears: Axelstorp-Nordwest-Skåne. Carrots: Nyplings - Gotland. Honey: Lillgården - Höör. Sanddorn - looking for food in Malmö. Carrots were fermented with apples and matured for a year. The honey and the apples are fermented with local yeast and with entire sea buckthorn berries for about 2 months.
