| The story |
Fruit foam wine (Pét-Nat) / CIDRE from apples (aroma 80%) and pears (Conference 20%). Fruit: 80% Axelstorp - a traditional mixed orchard with free -standing trees in the northwest of Skåne. Located on a hill with a view of the bay of Laholm and surrounded by a nature reserve. Planted in the 1940s and today managed by the unique Magnus "Fäviken" Nilsson without pesticides or herbicides. 20% pears of local producers in Arkelstorp, Nordskåne. |
