Hip-hop is a wildly hopped cider. The dry cider made of garden bowls
Found in the tank for a few months before we Mosaic, Simcoe and Mandarina Bavaria hops

The bottles were filled and upside down in the pupiter so that the
Hefe could crawl to the neck. We turned the bottle slightly,
until the yeast got stuck in the throat.
The bottles were then trained - the capsules (bidules) are opened
And the pressure in the bottles shoots yeast out of the neck.
The 2019 is a bit lemon and the hop notes and bitter substances are
A little clearer and fresher.
