This wine is made from botryized Pinot Noir berries. Due to a naturally high sugar concentration, this sweet wine can be made in a very natural way. No sugar additive, nothing more than industrial leader. Fermentation in oak barrels and almost a year maturation on fine yeast.

Botytized? This means that the noble rot botrytis cineerea has developed, dries out the berries and thus increases its sugar concentration.
