To the east exposed tone lime terroir, consisting of a hectare niellucciu from mass selections with high density (7600 vines / ha). The wines generated from this plot do not benefit from the GU Patrimonio, the density also increases the yield. These vines were planted in 2009. Handling, transport of the harvest in 300 kg boxes. Selection of Mursaglia grapes discharged and placed in a concrete tank. After a cold maceration of 48 hours, fermentation begins in a natural way. This cuvée is characterized by a short maceration of 6 days without any pumping, any extraction is prohibited to preserve the fruity flavors and finesse. The wine matures in stainless steel tanks for six months on white yeast and is filled without filtration or beauty. Only SO2 is used, the total dose is specified on the label. A short maceration and a limited ripening period keep the fruit of this fresh and delicious wine.
Medium nose with very nice minerality, salinity, notes of black cherry, forest berry, slightly rural.
Dry palate, very fresh with good acidity, medium and smooth tannins. A light wine but with very black aromas on the palate
