His home is located in Nieva, a small community a few kilometers northwest of Segovia in Kastillia \u0026 León.\u003c\/span\u003eWith Microbio, he can express himself and the region to the fullest, with naturalness having absolute prio. He works without chemicals, he does not add sulfur, nor filters the wine in the basement of an old monastery from the 11th century. Ismael believes that really great wine is made in the vineyards. Among other things, he can rely on 150 -year -old, root -right vine sticks.
