Aeblerov - Rainbow Child / Forbidden Fruits 2019

Rainbow Child is a version of the Forbidden Fruits series focused on hops. 

This year Rainbow Child will be produced on the basis of Bio-Holsteiner Cox apples, which with two types of pears

Mixed and then fermented with dry and citra hops before bottling. The expression is wild, funky and tropical, 

Overripe fruit, supported by spicy wood notes. Drained.

Ingredients: Bio-Birne (Herrenbirne & Anna), organic apples (Holsteiner Cox), hops (Citra).
